The Guwahati Metropolitan Drinking Water and Sewerage Board Act, 2009State Act of Assam · Act 10 of 2009

(1) The Board shall hold ordinary meetings at such intervals as may be provided in the regulations and a meeting may be convened by the Chairman at any other time for the transaction of urgent business.

(2) The number of Directors necessary to constitute a quorum at a meeting and the procedure to be followed .shall be such as may be provided in the regulations.
