Section 10

The Assam Inland Water Transport Regulatory Authority Act, 2018State Act of Assam · Act 27 of 2018

(1) The Regulatory Authority shall have the powers to make regulations to regulate its own procedure within the framework of this Act.

(2) All orders and decisions of the Regulatory Authority shall be authenticated by the Secretary or any other officer of the Regulatory' Authority as may be duly authorized by the Chairperson.
