Section 10: Repeal awl Savings

The Assam Jute (Control of Prices) Act, 1950State Act of Assam · Act 15 of 1950

(Ij Ih e Assam Jut e (Control of Prices) Ordi nance, 195Q (Assam Ordinance No .l of 1950), is hereby repealed.

Notwithstandin g such repeal anything done or any action taken in the exercise of any power conferred by or under the said Ordinance shall be deemed to have been done or taken in the exercise of the powers confered by or under this Act, as if this Act were in force on the day on which such thing was done or action taken.
