Section 2: Definition

The Assam Khadi and Village Industries Boards Act, 1955State Act of Assam · Act 16 of 1955

In this Act, unless there is anything repugnant in the subject or context (1) “Board” means the Assam Khadi and Village Indus tries Board, constituted under section 3

(2) “Prescribed” means prescribed by rules made under this Act.

(3) “Khadi and Village Industries” riieans the industries specified in the Schedule.
