I n sec­ tion 34 o f the said Reg ula tion ,—(I) the semi-colon after the word “be ha lf” shall be su bsti tute d by colon an d the words and punc tua tio n “o r, at the expiry of th at term no new se ttlem ent has been made, until a new settle ­ ment has been made shall be dele ted.

(2) in the proviso the following new clause (a) shall be inserte d and the existing clauses (a), (b) and (c) shall be re-n umbered as clauses (Z>), (c) and (d) respectively, nam ely— “ (a) the revenue sha ll be liable to revision accord ing to the law for the time being in force.” [Price '06 nP. or !</.]
