Section 1: Short title, extent and commencement

The Assam Land-Revenue, Rent and Cess (Apportionment) Act, 1950State Act of Assam · Act 14 of 1950

(1) This Act may be called the Assam Land-Revenue, Rent and Cess (Apportionment) Act, 1950.

(2) It extends to the whole of the State of Assam.

(3) It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification in the official Gazette, appoint.
