Copies of the Amual Report and the Annual Accounts shell be sent to thc Crovernrncnt and the GovEmment shall placc them before the State Lcgislature.
CHAPTER.VU STATUTES, REGUIATIONS AND RI.]LES
33. Subject to the pmvisions of this AcL rhe Statutes may provide for all or any of the fotlowing ruttsrs' namely:- (-i t[s constitutio& funstion and powers of the facultios, Board of studies and other authoritics of the University and such other bodics ari ffisy be declared to be arrhorities of the University;

G) the procedure to h followed at mcetings of authorities of tho University forthc transagtion of business by thcm;
(h) the clsssification of rcaphers of the University and other

0) thc grant of affiliation to institutions;
Gl rcoognition of examinations of Universities of oths educational instinxious as equivalent to tra examinations of the Uaiversity;
(1) fccs to bc charged for the coqrscs of studiss in tho University andfor admission to the e:ramination of degrees and {iplomas of the University.
(m) conditions retating to the award of fellowships, scholarships, studcnrships, exhibitions, medals and prizes.
(n) conduct of cxaminations, including the term of office, manner of appointment and dutirs of examination bodies, cxanrinert and moderatomi
(q) supervision of students engaged in rescarch and special studies in conrtituent or affliated institutions or attached centres;
(p) fces to be charged for the services rendered by the University;
and
