Section 10

The Assam Medical Council Act, 1999State Act of Assam · Act 26 of 1999

(1) A vacancy in the Council shall be filledup by nomination or election, as the case may be, in accordance with the provisions of section 3, within two months of occurence of the vacancy.

(2) Any person nomnated or Glected to fill the vacancy shall hold office only for the remaining term for ~hich the member whose place he takes was nominated or elected.
