The Missing Autonomous Council Act, 1995State Act of Assam · Act 26 of 1995

(1) The Chief Executive Councillor,Deputy Chief Executive Councillor and the Executive Councillors shall be wholetime functionaries and shall be paid out of the General Council Fund such salaries and allowances as may be prescribed.

(2) The other terms and conditions of service of the Chief Executive Council lor, Deputy Chief Executive Councillor and the Executive Councillors shall be such as may be prescribed.
