The Missing Autonomous Council Act, 1995State Act of Assam · Act 26 of 1995

(1) The Mising Autonomous Council Ordinance, 1995 Assam ~dtI (Assam .. Ordinance No. VI of 1995) is hereby repealed. . ~:nf;9s. o.

(2) Notwithstanding such repeal anything done or any action taken under the said Ordinance shall be deemed to have been done or taken under the corre­ sponding provisions of this Act.
