(3) The Committee shall keep and maintain books of accounts and other books in such form and in such manner as may be prescribed.

The accounts of the Committee shall be got audited by the Committee annually by a registered Chartered Accountant.

The Committee shall pay from the fund the charges for the audit. * Manner of holding Meetings of the Committee The Committee shall determine the manners and procedures in conducting its meeting.

(2) One third of the members of the Committee shall form a quorum.
