In the event of mismanagement of the affairs of a Non-Government College, the State Government may take over the control and management of the College for a period not exceeding six months, and make arrangement for the management of the college in such manner as may be considered necessary and the arrangement so made may be extended for such further period by the State Government as may be deemed necessary.
