The Assam Police Act, 2007 (Single Document)State Act of Assam · Act 20 of 2007

(1) The State Government shall create and maintain such ancillary technical agencies and services, under the overall 13 control of the Director General of Police, as considered necessary or expedient for promoting efficiency of the Police Service.

(2) The State Government shall take measures in encourage and promote the use of science and technology in all aspects of policing.
