(1) Each District Accountability Authority shall prepare and submit to the Commission an annual report before the end o f each calendar year, inter alia, containing,-
(a) the numbers and types of cases of “serious misconduct” and “misconduct” forwarded by it to the Commission and the District Superintendents of Police respectively, during the year;
(b) the number and types of cases monitored by it during the year;
(c) the number and types of cases o f “misconduct” referred to it by the complainants upon being dissatisfied by the departmental inquiry into his complaint;
(d) the number and types of eases referred to in (c) above in which advice or direction was issued by it to the police for further action; and
(e) recommendation on measures to enhance police accountability.
