The Assam Prohibition of Ragging Act, 1998State Act of Assam · Act 2 of 1999

(1) The Assam Prohibition of Ragging Assam Ordinance, 1998 is hereby repealed. Ordinance · / No. IV of

1998.

(2) Notwithstanding such repeal anything done or any action taken under the Ordinance so repealed shall be deemed to have been done or taken under the corresponding provisions of this Act.
