Section 16: Terms and conditions of contracts

The Assam Public Procurement Act, 2017State Act of Assam · Act 24 of 2017

(1) The terms and conditions of the procurement contracts entered into shall be in accordance with the provisions of this Act, the applicable rules and the conditions indicated in the bidding documents.

(2) The State Government may prescribe· standard terms and conditions of contract which shall be incoxporated in the procurement contracts entered into by procuring entities as applicable.
