Section 52: Abetment of offences that have been committed.

The Assam Rifles Act, 2006Central Act · Act 47 of 2006

Any person subject to this Act who abets the commission of any of the offences specified in sections 21 to 50 (both inclusive) shall, on conviction by an Assam Rifles Court, if the Act abetted is committed in consequence of the abetment and no express provision is made by this Act for the punishment of such abetment, be liable to suffer the punishment provided for that offence or such less punishment as is in this Act mentioned.
