Section 11

The Assam Rural Health Regulatory Authority Act, 2004State Act of Assam · Act 19 of 2004

( 1) The Deputy Director in the Directorate of Medical Education, Assam shall be the Secretary of the Authority.

(2) The State Government shall place at the disposal of the Authority the required manpower to enable the Authority to function smoothly.

(3) The Secretary, other officers and the staff shall be under the administrative control of the Authority and shall be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code, 18 60 ( 45 of 1860).
