Section 15

The Assam Rural Health Regulatory Authority Act, 2004State Act of Assam · Act 19 of 2004

(1) The accounts of the Authority shall be prepared before such date and at such intervals, and in such manner as may be prescribed.

(2) The accounts of the Authority shiµl be audited by a Chart..ered Accountant.

The Audit fees of the Chartered Accountant . shall be fixed by. the Authority from time to time. · 1182 THE ASSAM GAZETTE, EXTRAORDINARY, SEPT. 18,.2004 B dget

(3) As soon as the accounts of the Authority are audited the Authority shall send a copy thereof together. with a report of the Auditor to the State Government.

( 4) Notwithstanding anything-contained in the ·forgoing provisions of this section the accounts of the Authority shall be subject to the audit by the Comptroller and Auditor General.
