The Sonowal Ka Chari Autonomous Council Act, 2005State Act of Assam · Act 20 of 2005

(1) The Executive Council '>hall meet at least once in every three months for transaction of its business at such place and time as the Chieffawcutive Councilor may direct.

(2) The meeting shall be <~onvened by the Chief Executive Councilor by giving sewn clear days notice in writing to each member of the Executive Council.

30. The Quorum for transaction of business at a meeting of the Executive Couricil shall be three members including the Chief Executive Council< ir.
