The Sonowal Ka Chari Autonomous Council Act, 2005State Act of Assam · Act 20 of 2005

(1) Any members of the Village Council may, at any time by giving notice in writing addressed to the President, resign his office:

Provide~ that in case of the President the notice shall be addressed to the Vice - President.

(2) Such resignation shall take effect from such date as 1576 THE ASSAM GAZETTE, EXTRAORDINARY, MAY 17, 2005 Removal of members of the Village Council.

Filling up of vacancy in the office of the President or Vice President.

Salaries, allowances and other emoluments.
