Section 8: Power to make rules

The Assam Speaker's Salaries and Allowances (Amendment) Act, 1958State Act of Assam · Act 25 of 1958

(i) The State Government may, by notifi cation in the official gazette and in consultation with the Speaker, make rules for carrying out the purposes of this Act.

(ii) All rules- made< under this Net shall be 0 laid before the Assam Legislative Assembly, as soon as may be, after they are made.
