The Assam Town and Country Planning Act, 1959State Act of Assam · Act 2 of 1960

The:

Master Plan to be prepared as defined under Section 9, may include:— >

(a) A general land-use plan for residential, commercial, industrial,:

recreational and public and scmi-public purposes ;

(Z>) Zoning plan ;

(d) Public utilities plan ;

(«) A report gi ing relevant data and information in respect of the.'

proposals in the Plan and any other things which the State Government'may deem necessary.
