Section 31: Penalty for violation

The Authority will have powei impose fine not exceeding Rs.250 on any person, firm or corporal who violates, disobeys, refuses to comply with, or who resists the enforcen of any of the provisions of this Act. Continuation of the violation shall < stitute a separate offence for which a fine of Rs.50 per day may be inapt for the days after the first conviction. An appeal shall lie to the Appel Authority constituted under this Act.
