The Assam Urban Areas Rent Control Act, 1955State Act of Assam · Act 3 of 1956

The State Government may, by notification in the · official Gazette, make rules prescribing the Court fees to be paid on applications made to the Court under the provisions of the Act and also for the purpose pf !he carrying out of the provisions of this Act.
