The Assam Yoga Council Act, 2018 (Single Document)State Act of Assam · Act 7 of 2018

(1) Every person who desires to have his name registered in the register shall submit to the Registrar an application in the prescribed form stating:-

(i) Particulars of his qualification;

(ii) The period for which he has been in practice;

(iii) His date of birth to verify the attainment at minimum agelimit; and 10

(iv) His address which is to be his registered address.

(2) Every application under sub-section (1) shall be accompanied with the prescribed fee; such proof as may be necessary in support of the qualification stated in the application and proof of age wherever the minimum age-limit is prescribed.
