Section 14: Meetings of the Governing Board.
The Auroville Foundation Act, 1988Central Act · Act 54 of 1988
(1) The Governing Board shall meet at least once a year at Auroville at such time as may be fixed by the Chairman of the Governing Board.
(2) All the decisions at any meeting of the Governing Board shall be taken by a majority of the members present and voting:
Provided that in the case of equality of votes, the Chairman of the Governing Board shall have a casting vote.
