Section 47: Power of State Government to call for information and records

The Axis University Uttar Pradesh Act, 2011State Act of Uttar Pradesh · Act 13 of 2011

(1) It shall be the duty of the University or any authority or officer of the University to furnish such information or records relating to the administration or finance and other affairs of the University as the State Government may call for.

(2) The State Government, if it is of the view that there is a violation of this Act or the Statutes or Ordinances made thereunder may issue such directions to the University under section 51 as it may deem necessary.
