Section 8: Admission and Standards

The Axis University Uttar Pradesh Act, 2011State Act of Uttar Pradesh · Act 13 of 2011

(1) Admission to the different academic programmes shall be made in accordance with the laws for the time being in force.

(2) The University shall ensure that the academic standards of the courses offered by the University are in accordance with the guidelines of the University Grants Commission and other statutory bodies as the case may be.

(3) The teacher-student ratio shall be in accordance with the guidelines of the University Grants Commission and specific council.
