'G-I ',) SECTION] NOTIFICATION February 20,2013 Correction Slip no. 246 No. 29/vIIIC-3--ln exercise of the powers conferred by Article 2:'5 of the Constitution of India and all other powers enabling it in this behalf, the High Court of Judicature at Allahabad is pleased to make the following amendment in Allahabad High Court Rules, 1952 Volume I., with effect from the date of its pulication in the Official Gazette.
AMENDMENT l. The existing provisions of Rule 2(ii) (c) of Chapter V of Allahabad High Court Rules, 1952 Volume I, shall be substituted as follows:
Existing rule Amended rule 2(ii) (c)--Any other Civil Appeal in which the 2(ii) (c)--Any other Civil Appeal 111 which the value of the appeal docs not exceed ?lle lakh rupees: value of the appeal does not exceed Five lakh rupees:
Provided that where an ad valorem Court-fee has been paid such value shall be deemed to be the amount on which such Court-fee has been paid.

High Court of Judicature at Allahabad Order In pursuance of the provisions of sub-section 1 (b) of Section 21 of the Bengal, Agra and Assam Civil Courts Act, 1887 as amended by the Uttar Pradesh Civil Laws (Amendment) Act, 2015 (U.P. Act No. 14 of 2015), the High Court is pleased to transfer all the First Appeals arising from a decree or order of a Civil Judge, where the value of the Original Suit in which or in any proceeding arising out of the decree or Order was made whether instituted or commenced before or after the date of publication of Notification No. 35!IVg- 27 Allahabad, dated 05.02.2016, in the Official Gazette, did not exceed twenty five lakhs rupees, to the resepective District Judges having Jurisdiction who may either decide it himself or assign it to any Additional Judge subordinate to him.
