Section 1: Short title, extent and Commencement

The Bengal, Agra and Assam Civil Courts (Bihar Amendment) Act, 2013State Act of Bihar · Act 14 of 2014

(1) This Act may be called the Bengal, Agra and Assam Civil Courts (Bihar Amendment) Act, 2013.

(2) It shall extend to the whole of the State of the Bihar.

(3) It shall come into force 30 days after the date of its publication in the official Gazette.
