On the day of sale fixed according to Section VI of this Act sales shall proceed in regular order ; the estate to be sold bearing the lowest number on the towjee or register in use in the Collector’s Office of the district being put up first, and so on, in regular sequence; and it shall not be lawful for the Collector or other Officer as aforesaid to put up any estate out of its regular order by number, except where it may be necessary to do so 011 default of deposit, as provided in Section XXII of this Act.
