Section 23: COOPTING MEMBERS TO ASSIST INVESTIGATOR

The Investigator may coopt two or more members of the Central Water Commission or Central Electricity Authority to' assist him in the investigation of the dispute.

The advise of the members shall not be binding on the Investigator.
