Section 26: Reinstatement

बिहार राज्य आपदा प्रबंधन प्राधिकरण (कृत्य एवं प्रबंधन) नियमावली, 2012State Rules of Bihar · 2013

Where an employec who has been dismissed or suspended, is reinstated, the authority reinstating him shall make an order specifying the following matters:- RER IIeTE (FETUR), 17 Sl 2013 29

(i) Whether the employee may draw for the period of his absence from duty, any pay and allowances, in addition to the pay and allowances admissible under regulations.

(ii) Whether such period may be treated as on duty for all or any purposes.
