Section 30: Powers and Functions of Members

बिहार राज्य आपदा प्रबंधन प्राधिकरण (कृत्य एवं प्रबंधन) नियमावली, 2012State Rules of Bihar · 2013

(1) Members will participate in the meetings of the Authority and assist in various activities of the authority as per provisions of the Act.

(2) Members will perform such functions and have such powers as may be assigned by the Chairperson/ Vice Chairperson of the Authority.

3LPowers of the CEO:- The Chief Executive Officer shall exercise his powers as prescribed under the Act and with the assistance of the Secretary of the Authority.
