Section 36: Bank Accounts

बिहार राज्य आपदा प्रबंधन प्राधिकरण (कृत्य एवं प्रबंधन) नियमावली, 2012State Rules of Bihar · 2013

(1) The funds of the Authority shall be kept in Scheduled Public Commercial Bank/s listed in the Second Schedule of the RBI Act. The account of the Authority will be operated through the system of double signature.

(2) Income earned by consulting services may be deposited in separate Bank Account of the Authority which will be used by Vice Chairperson for maintenance and development of the Authority.
