Section 35: Repeal and Savings

बिहार सड़क सुरक्षा परिषद् नियमावली,2018.State Rules of Bihar · 1988

(1) The State Road Safety Council notification no-5576 dated 11- 07-1996 is hereby repealed.

(2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken by the said Council shall be deemed to have been done or taken under these Rules.
