Section 4: To encourage the operation of software based commercial vehicle including Taxi and Motor Bike Taxi, rule 74 (c) of Bihar Motorbike rule, 1992 is substituted by following

"(c) Fee for special permit which is issued under subsection 8 of section 88 of MV Act, 1988 shall be as follows :- Types of Vehicle Payable Fee

(1) For every seven days or any part thereof Rs. 200 Fee for temporary permit which is issued under subsection 87 of MV Act, 1988 shall be as follows :- Types of Vehicle Payable Fee

(1) For four month (other than autorikshaw/ motorbike taxi) Rs. 1000

(2) For four month (for autorikshaw) Rs. 500

(3) For four month (for motorbike taxi) Rs. 300 "
