Section 1: Short name, extension & commencement

बिहार मोटरगाड़ी (संशोधन) नियमावली,2019.State Rules of Bihar · 1988

(1) These Rule may be called the Bihar Motor Vehicle (Amendment) Rule 2019.

(2) It shall extend to the whole of State of Bihar.

(3) It shall come into force on the date of its final publication in the Bihar Gazette.

2- Column-02 and 03 of serial no.-01 and 02 of rule-163 ‘c’ of Bihar Motor Vehicle Rule, 1992 is substituted by following :- Types of Vehicle Fixed Fee Amount payable to Government out of fixed fee.
