Section 13: Chain-posts of Promotion

Bihar Basic Health Worker Cadre Rules, 2014State Rules of Bihar · 2011

(1) Subject to availability of vacancy confirmed Basic Health Worker may be considered to be promoted to the post of chain of posts mentioned in Appendix-1, according to the merit cum seniority.

(2) For promotion, it will be necessary to comply the instructions related to the 'KALAWADHI' issued by the Government, from time to time.

(3) It will be required to comply the instructions issued by the Government, from time to time, related to the promotion, and Character Roll/PAR, allegation/ departmental proceedings/criminal proceedings, etc at the time on consideration of promotion.
