1115. Pasting of Standing Orders.-The text of the Standing. Orders or anv-subsequent modification thereof in addition thereto a-s finallV certified in addition to being pasted by the employer in English be also pasted in Hindi in thc manner laid down in section .9. Before pasting the Hindi version of the Standing Orders, the employer shall submi.t them to the Certifying Officer for his arpioval, who shall ensure the correctness of the sanre. The mcaning conveyedby the language in which a StandingOrder is certified' itrall: prevail in caie of iny difference over the interpretation of any Stauding Oider'] .' ' tg. 19. Mannerofservice.-All notices, notifications and ordets under the Act an-d the rules shall be served on the parties concerned by' registered letter oost. with acknowledgment due, or by special messenger'. In the latter case, an icknowledgment in wiiting by or on behalf of the other party concerned shall be obtained in respect ol such delivery.

The preference in respeet of relations will, however, be limited to only one near rilation of an employee and that too in respect of such employees as have Dut in a sufficientl-v long term of service in the establishment.
