Section 29: Appeal

The Central Motor Vehicles Rules, 1989.State Rules of Bihar · 1988

Any person aggrieved by any order of the licensing authority under sub-rule

(5) of rule 24, rule 25 or rule 28 may, within thirty days of the date of receipt of such order, appeal to the Head of the Motor Vehicles Department established under section 213.
