When the holder of a separate account has paid of the rent due in respect of his share of 1[a tenure for which such account has been opened under this Act, the landlord shall, in execution of a decree or certificate for arrears of rent due in respect of the tenure, exclude such share from his application for sale and such share shall not be included in the notice of sale issued under section 208 of the Chota Nagpur Tenancy Act, 1908 or in the proclamation of sale issued in execution of the certificate, as the case may be.
