Section 13: Promotion

Bihar College of Physiotherapy and Occupational therapy Teaching Cadre Rules,2014.State Rules of Bihar · 2011

(1) Subject to availability of vacancy, confirmed Assistant Professors in the service may be considered to be promoted according to the chain of posts for promotion mentioned in Appendix-1, according to merit-cum-seniority.

(2) For promotion, compliance of instruction with respect to "KALAWADHI" issued by the Government, from time to time, shall be necessary.

(3) It will be required to Comply the instructions issued by the Government, from time to time, with respect to promotion and character and character Roll/P.A.R, allegation/ departmental proceedings/criminal proceedings etc, at the time of consideration for promotion.
