It will be essential to comply the Reservation Act of the Government and reservation roster for direct recruitment and promotion, issued by the Government, from time to time.
16. The chain of posts mentioned in Appendix-1 shall be effective only after approval of the Government. If , in course of consideration of approval, any modification or amendment is made by the Government in the chain of posts mentioned in Appendix-1, then the Appendix-1 shall be deemed to be modified or amended accordingly and such modified/amended chain of posts shall be deemed to be the part of these Rules.
17. Such personnels already appointed/deputed/promoted and working to the posts of this cadre who have educational qualification as determined in Appendix-1, before coming into force of these Rules, shall be deemed to be automatically included and absorbed in this cadre:
Provided that such personnels already appointed/deputed/promoted and working who do not possess educational qualification as determined in Appendix-1, shall remain on their posts as earlier as member of Dying cadre and promotion will also be admissible to them as earlier subject to availability of vacancy, but the posts held by them shall automatically cease to exist gradually after being vacant due to their promotion, resignation, death, retirement, etc.
