Section 2: Definitions

Bihar College of Physiotherapy and Occupational therapy Teaching Cadre Rules,2014.State Rules of Bihar · 2011

In these Rules, unless otherwise requires in the subject of context.-

(i) “Government” means Bihar state Government;

(ii) “Department” means Health Department;

(iii) “Commission” means Bihar Public Service Commission;

(iv) "Appointing Authority" means Director in Chief, Health Services, Bihar in respect of basic category and government in respect of higher categories.

(v) “Cadre" means Bihar College of Physiotherapy and Occupational therapy Teaching Cadre and,

(vi) "Appendix" means appendix appended to these Rules.
