Bihar College of Physiotherapy and Occupational therapy Teaching Cadre Rules,2014.State Rules of Bihar · 2011

(1) In this cadre appointment shall be, by direct recruitment, to the posts (Assistant Professor) of basic category on the basis of recommendation of the Commission.

(2) In case of non-availability of eligible candidates for appointment, according to necessity and in the public interest, appointment may be made by the Government on contract basis from out sources for a limited period, for which procedure for appointment may be determined by the Government.
