Section 18: Credit of Fees

Bihar Deed Writers Licensing Rules 1996State Rules of Bihar · 1908

All fees payable under the rules shall be credited to the Treasury by chailan and one copy there of shall be filed in the office of the licensing authority before licence is granted. The budget head to which the fees is Lo be credited shall be—‘Registration-—miscellaneous fees" under the appropriate major and minor heads.
