Section 2: Definitions

Bihar Dentist Service Rule, 2014State Rules of Bihar · 2011

In these rules, unless the subject or context otherwise requires :-

(a) ‘Government’ means Bihar State Government;

(b) ‘Department’ means Health Department;

(¢) ‘Commission” means Bihar Public Service Commission;

(d) ‘Service’ means Bihar Dentist Service;

(e) ‘B.D.S. Degree’ means B.D.S. Degree recognized by the Indian Dental Council;

(f) ‘Post-graduate Degree’ means Post-graduate degree namely M.D.S.or equivalent degree , recognized by the Indian Dental Council;

() ‘Higher Degree’ means higher degree recognized by the Indian Dental Council;

(h) ‘Appendix’ means appendix appended to these Rules; and

(i) ‘Government hospital’ means hospitals under the control of the central government and the Bihar state Government.
