Section 12: Hierarchy of promotion

The Bihar Dresser Cadre Rules, 2024State Rules of Bihar · 2011

(1) Subject to availability of vacancies, a confirmed Dresser shall be considered to be promoted on the chain of posts of promotion mentioned in the Appendix of these Rules according to seniority-cum-merit.

(2) For promotion, compliance of instructions regarding KALAWADHI, issued by the Government, from time to time, shall be necessary.

(3) Compliance of instructions issued by the Government, from time to time, regarding promotion and Character Roll/PAR, allegation, departmental proceedings/criminal proceedings, etc. shall be necessary at the time of consideration of promotion.
